Watch vs. iPhone Logging

Watch Advantages

  • Speed: Log in under 10 seconds
  • Convenience: No need to find your phone
  • Immediate: Do it right after injecting

Watch Limitations

  • Simplified site selection: Less detailed than iPhone
  • No notes: Can't add notes from Watch
  • No date changes: Logs with current time only

When to Use iPhone Instead

  • Logging a past dose (different date/time)
  • Adding notes to your log
  • Detailed injection site selection

The Watch app logs doses with the current time. If you need to log a dose from a different time:

  1. Log quickly on Watch, then
  2. Open iPhone app
  3. Go to History
  4. Find the entry and tap Edit
  5. Adjust the date/time

Your last injection site is highlighted, reminding you to choose a different area this time.
