Siri Commands
Here's a complete list of voice commands you can use with GLPea and Siri.
Dose Logging Commands
Log a Dose
Primary commands:
- "Hey Siri, log my GLPea dose"
- "Hey Siri, log dose in GLPea"
- "Hey Siri, record my injection in GLPea"
What happens:
- Siri confirms your medication and dose
- Asks for injection site
- Logs the dose with current time
- Confirms completion
Example conversation:
You: "Hey Siri, log my GLPea dose" Siri: "I'll log your Ozempic 0.5mg dose. Where did you inject?" You: "Right abdomen" Siri: "Done. Logged your dose in your right abdomen."
Specify Site in One Command
Skip the follow-up by including the site:
- "Log my GLPea dose in my left thigh"
- "Log GLPea injection in right arm"
- "Record GLPea dose in stomach"
Schedule Commands
Check Next Dose
Commands:
- "Hey Siri, when is my next GLPea dose?"
- "Hey Siri, when do I take my next injection?"
- "Hey Siri, GLPea next dose"
Example response:
"Your next Ozempic dose is due in 3 days, on Friday."
Or on injection day:
"Your Ozempic dose is due today."
Check Last Dose
Commands:
- "Hey Siri, when was my last GLPea dose?"
- "Hey Siri, when did I last inject?"
Example response:
"You logged your last dose 4 days ago, on Monday."
App Commands
Open the App
Commands:
- "Hey Siri, open GLPea"
- "Hey Siri, launch GLPea"
Opens the app for visual interaction.
Injection Site Phrases
When Siri asks for your injection site, you can say:
Abdomen/Stomach
- "Abdomen"
- "Stomach"
- "Belly"
- "Left abdomen" / "Right abdomen"
- "Left side of stomach" / "Right side"
Thigh
- "Thigh"
- "Left thigh" / "Right thigh"
- "Leg"
- "Upper leg"
Arm
- "Arm"
- "Left arm" / "Right arm"
- "Upper arm"
Alternative Phrasings
Siri understands variations. Try these if the standard phrases don't work:
For Logging
- "Track my injection"
- "Add my dose"

Creating Siri Shortcuts
For more complex automations, create custom Siri Shortcuts:
Example: Morning Dose Check
- Open Shortcuts app
- Tap + to create new
- Add GLPea actions
- Name it "Morning Dose Check"

Troubleshooting Commands
Siri Says "I Don't Understand"
Try these fixes:
- Rephrase using a command from this list
- Say "GLPea" more clearly (G-L-Pea)
- Use the full command phrase
- Check Siri settings for GLPea
Siri Opens Wrong App
If a similar-named app opens:
- Say "GLPea" more distinctly
- Try "G-L-P-A app"
- Use "Open GLPea" first, then voice command
Commands Work Inconsistently
- Update to the latest iOS
- Ensure GLPea is updated
- Reset Siri data: Settings → Siri → Siri & Dictation History → Delete
