Quick Actions
The floating action button (FAB) in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard gives you instant access to your most common logging actions. Tap it once to expand your options.
The Floating Action Button
The FAB is always visible on your dashboard -- a circular button with a + icon. Tap it to reveal two primary actions:
- Log Dose -- Record your injection
- Log Meal -- Scan or enter a meal
The FAB collapses back down when you tap outside it or complete an action.
Smart Dose Prompt
When a dose is due, a banner appears at the top of your dashboard reminding you it's time to inject. Tap the banner to go straight to dose logging -- no need to use the FAB.
Log Dose
The primary action for recording injections.
When to use: Immediately after taking your injection
What it does:
- Opens the dose logging screen
- Shows a body map for injection site selection
- Records the dose with timestamp
- Updates your countdown timer
Quick Logging
If you're in a hurry, you can log a dose in under 5 seconds: tap the FAB → Log Dose → tap injection site → tap Confirm.
Log Meal
Quickly record what you ate using the meal scan or manual entry.
When to use: After eating, to build your food log for pattern detection
What it does:
- Opens the meal logging screen
- Option to scan your meal with your camera or enter manually
- Records the meal with timestamp
- Feeds into food pattern analysis
Other Dashboard Actions
Additional logging actions are available directly from dashboard cards:
Add Weight
Tap the weight card on your dashboard to log a new measurement.
Tips for accurate tracking:
- Use the same scale each time
- Weigh at the same time of day
- Log weekly or daily, whichever you prefer
Add Water
Tap the water card on your dashboard to log intake.
Preset amounts (8 oz glass, 16 oz bottle, etc.) make it fast, or enter a custom amount.
Why track water? GLP-1 medications work better when you're well-hydrated, and tracking helps ensure you're drinking enough.
Daily Check-In
Tap the check-in card on your dashboard to log how you're feeling.
Common symptoms to track:
- Nausea
