- Day before - "Tomorrow is injection day"
- Follow-up - Reminder 4 hours after first if you haven't logged
- Overdue alert - If you miss your injection day
Reminder Types
Injection Day Reminder
Your main reminder on the day you're scheduled to inject.
What you'll see:
- Notification title: "Time for your injection"
- Notification body: "Your [Medication] dose is due today"
- Tap to open GLPea and log your dose
Day-Before Reminder
A heads-up the day before:
What you'll see:
- "Tomorrow is injection day"
- Helps you prepare (ensure you have medication, etc.)
Follow-Up Reminder
If you haven't logged by a certain time:
What you'll see:
- "Don't forget your dose!"
- Sent 4-6 hours after your main reminder
- Only if you haven't logged yet
Changing Your Schedule
Permanent Schedule Change
To change which day you inject:
- Go to Settings → Edit Protocol
- Change your Injection Day
- Save
Your reminders automatically adjust to the new day.
Temporary Schedule Adjustment
If you need to inject early or late just once:
- Take your injection whenever works
- Log it in GLPea with the actual date/time
- Your next reminder will be ~7 days from that dose
GLPea's countdown and reminders are based on your last logged dose, so they automatically adjust.

Duplicate Reminders
This can happen if you reinstalled the app:

Siri Reminders
You can also ask Siri to remind you:
"Hey Siri, remind me to take my GLPea dose tomorrow at 9 AM"
