Progress Cards

Progress Cards let you create a shareable snapshot of your GLP-1 journey. Whether you want to show your doctor, share with a friend, or just save a record for yourself, Progress Cards make it easy.

Creating a Progress Card

  1. Open the Progress tab
  2. Tap the Share button in the top-right corner
  3. GLPea generates a branded card with your stats
  4. Choose how to share it

The card is generated instantly and includes your most recent data.

What's on the Card

Each Progress Card includes a curated summary of your journey:

StatDescription
Weight changeTotal weight change since starting, in your preferred unit (lbs or kg)
Dose adherencePercentage of doses logged on time
Current streakYour active dose streak length
HydrationAverage daily water intake
BMI changeYour BMI trend direction

Unit-Aware

Progress Cards automatically use your preferred units. If you track in kilograms, the card shows kilograms. Set your preference in Settings > Unit Measurements.

Sharing Options

After generating your card, you can share it through:

iOS

The standard share sheet appears, giving you options like:

  • Messages
  • Email
  • Save to Photos
  • AirDrop
  • Any other share-enabled app

Android

The share intent opens with similar options:

  • Messages
  • Email
  • Save to Gallery
  • Nearby Share
  • Any other share-enabled app

Privacy Considerations

Before sharing, keep in mind:

  • The card includes real numbers from your health data
  • Your name is not included on the card
  • The card does not mention your specific medication
  • You can review everything on the card before sharing

TIP

Progress Cards are a great way to share your results with your healthcare provider at appointments. The visual format makes it easy to discuss your progress.

When to Share

Some good moments to create a Progress Card:

  • Doctor's appointments -- Show your provider a quick summary
  • Personal milestones -- Celebrate reaching a goal
  • Monthly check-ins -- Save a snapshot of your progress each month
  • Support groups -- Share anonymously with others on a similar journey

Troubleshooting

Card looks empty

Make sure you have enough data logged. You'll need at least one dose and one weight entry for the card to populate meaningful stats.

Share button not appearing

The Share button is available in the Progress tab. If you don't see it, make sure you're on the main Progress screen (not a detail view).
