1. Acceptance of Terms ​

By accessing or using the GLPea mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer ​

IMPORTANT: GLPea is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

  • The App is intended solely as a personal wellness tracking tool for recording your GLP-1 medication doses, symptoms, and health metrics
  • Information displayed in the App is for informational purposes only and should never replace professional medical advice
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen
  • In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately
  • Never delay seeking medical attention because of information provided by this App

3. HIPAA Notice ​

GLPea is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity.

This App is a personal wellness tracker, not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. The health information you enter is stored securely but is not subject to HIPAA regulations. By using this App, you understand and agree that:

  • Your health data is stored on secure servers but is not protected under HIPAA
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your own health information
  • We recommend not sharing your account credentials with others

4. Trademark Disclaimer ​

Medication names mentioned in this App, including but not limited to Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Trulicity®, Saxenda®, and Victoza®, are registered trademarks of their respective pharmaceutical manufacturers (Novo Nordisk A/S and Eli Lilly and Company).

GLPea is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical company or the manufacturers of these medications. The inclusion of medication names is solely for user convenience in tracking their prescribed medications.

5. User Responsibilities ​

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the App
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be at least 18 years of age to use this App
  • Use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal wellness tracker
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Accuracy ​

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. GLPea does not verify the accuracy of user-entered information and is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate data entry.

7. Service Availability ​

We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLPea and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing Law ​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is located.
